The Django Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining back-end systems, contributing to software development projects, collaborating with front-end developers, and working with databases. The role includes debugging and optimising application performance, writing efficient code, and ensuring applications are secure and scalable. Role Description - Develop backend using the Django framework. - Design and implement robust and scalable backend solutions. - Work with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. - Write reusable, testable, and efficient code. - Design and optimise database schemas and handle migrations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure functionality. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Must-haves - Experience: A minimum of 4 years demonstrable experience in Django development. - Strong understanding of the Django framework and its features. - Proficient in database design, management, and migrations. - Object-oriented programming (OOP) and software design skills. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. - Ability to work in an agile development environment.
