Job Description Manager MIS, Data & Analytics We are seeking an experienced MIS & Data professional to lead institutional reporting, analytics, and systems oversight across our education institutions and diverse business verticals. This role is critical in enabling data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and organizational efficiency at scale. Key Responsibilities - Lead MIS strategy and data frameworks across Academics, Admissions, Exams, Finance, HR, Operations, and other business units. - Build and maintain dashboards, performance trackers, and KPIs for multi-location functions. - Ensure high-quality, standardized, and audit-ready data across all departments and business verticals. - Deliver leadership-ready insights, forecasts, and departmental performance analyses. - Automate reporting workflows, reduce manual processes, and drive efficiency initiatives across functions. - Oversee ERP, SIS, LMS, CRM, HRMS, and other enterprise systems, ensuring integration and data governance. - Collaborate with department heads to strengthen MIS processes, improve reporting quality, and enhance decision support. - Ensure compliance, data security, and documentation aligned with regulatory and institutional standards. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. - 510 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or enterprise reporting. - Strong expertise in Excel and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau). - Experience with ERP/CRM/SIS/HRMS platforms. - Strong analytical ability, process thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
