Consultant Urologist

Role responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments including physical examinations medical histories and diagnostic tests to accurately diagnose urological conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the diagnosis which may include medications surgery minimally invasive procedures or other therapeutic interventions Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients with urological conditions Monitor patients progress adjust treatment plans as necessary and address any concerns or complications that arise during the course of treatment Educate patients and their families about their condition treatment options and preventive measures Perform surgical procedures to treat urological disorders such as prostatectomy nephrectomy cystectomy and transurethral resection of the prostate TURP Ensure that surgical techniques adhere to best practices and prioritize patient safety and well-being Work closely with other healthcare professionals including urology nurses radiologists oncologists and primary care physicians to coordinate care for patients Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and develop comprehensive treatment plans Provide education and training to medical students residents and fellows rotating through the urology department Supervise and mentor junior staff members offering guidance and support in clinical decision making and professional development Research and Scholarly Activities Contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field of urology through participation in research projects clinical trials and scholarly publications Stay abreast of recent developments emerging technologies and evidence-based practices in urology Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care safety and satisfaction within the urology department Implement protocols and guidelines to optimize clinical outcomes and minimize risks Maintain licensure and certification requirements as mandated by regulatory bodies and professional organizations Pursue continuing medical education opportunities to stay current with advances in urology and enhance clinical skills and knowledge Preferred candidate profile- MBBS MS M Ch Urology DNB Urology Experience 2 year above Location Dharmapuri Tamil Nadu Salary 30Lakhs - 45Lakhs Per Annum Negotiable as per the candidates requirement Note Please forwarded your updated resume to hr vijaysuperspecialityhospital in and feel free to reach to 91 91507 51668 us for further information Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 3 000 000 00 - 4 500 000 00 per year Work Location In person
