Job Description Senior/Principal Member of Technical Staff Job Description (DevOps Services) - As a Senior Member of Technical Staff or Principal Member of Technical Staff, you will participate in the design and development of Oracle's DevOps Services. - You should be a rock solid coder and have passion to learn new technologies. - You should value simplicity and scale, work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment, and be excited to learn. Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience with application development using Java Microservices, Docker/Podman, Kubernetes & Public Cloud. - Proficient at programming in Java, and one other major programming/scripting language like Python or Go Lang. - Strong distributed systems fundamentals. - Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering or related engineering fields. Preferred Qualifications: - Strong distributed systems fundamentals. - Terraform experience. - Prior development experience with DevOps in a Public Cloud (like AWS, Azure or GCP) tools or services. - Masters degree in Computer Science.
