Job Description:
Teach Maven is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and driving sales to support our mission of delivering high-quality educational solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including schools, institutions, and individual learners.
- Explain Teach Mavens educational programs, address customer queries, and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and regional languages such as Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or Malayalam is a plus.
- Prior experience in sales or customer engagement is an advantage, but freshers with a passion for sales are welcome.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- 40,000 Per Month
- Two Months Probation period
