Sun Education is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team As an Accountant at Sun Education you will be an integral part of our finance department responsible for maintaining accurate financial records preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Key Responsibilities 1 Financial Record Keeping Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records including ledgers journals and accounts payable receivable 2 Financial Reporting Prepare financial statements including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards 3 Budget Management Assist in the preparation of budgets monitor expenses and provide analysis to ensure adherence to financial goals and objectives 4 Tax Compliance Prepare and file tax returns maintain knowledge of tax regulations and assist in tax planning strategies to optimize tax efficiency 5 Financial Analysis Analyze financial data identify trends and provide insights to management to support decision-making and strategic planning 6 Audit Support Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation explanations and reconciliations 7 Expense Management Monitor expenses identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs 8 Financial Software Management Utilize accounting software to streamline financial processes maintain data integrity and enhance reporting capabilities 9 Financial Advisory Provide financial advice and guidance to management on matters such as budgeting forecasting and financial performance Requirements 1 Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field 2 Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role preferably in the education sector 3 Strong understanding of accounting principles regulations and financial reporting standards 4 Proficiency in accounting software e g QuickBooks Xero and MS Office suite particularly Excel 5 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail 6 Effective communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to collaborate across departments 7 Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently 8 Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and willingness to take on new challenges 9 Professional certification such as CPA Certified Public Accountant or equivalent is preferred but not required job description Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Teaching 1 year Preferred Making lesson Plans 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
