Overseas is seeking passionate and motivated Telecallers to join our team As a Telecaller your main responsibility will be to follow up on incoming leads and ensure that we provide exceptional service to potential clients Key Responsibilities Follow-Up on Incoming Leads Reach out to leads who have expressed interest in our products services and follow up regularly Customer Interaction Communicate with leads via phone and email answer their questions and provide relevant information Data Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system Sales Support Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments setting up meetings and tracking lead conversion progress Build Relationships Establish strong connections with leads to enhance the likelihood of successful conversions Feedback Collection Collect and share feedback from leads with the team to help improve our sales approach Skills Qualifications Excellent Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Additional language proficiency is a plus Proven Experience Prior telecalling experience is preferred but freshers with the right attitude are also encouraged to apply Customer-Focused Ability to engage customers empathetically and understand their needs Goal-Oriented Strong focus on achieving targets and maintaining a positive professional demeanor Tech-Savvy Comfortable using CRM systems MS Office and other telecalling tools Why Join Overseas Training Development Comprehensive training will be provided to enhance your skills and help you succeed Career Growth Ample opportunities for growth and advancement within the company Dynamic Work Environment A supportive collaborative and friendly team culture Job Type Full-time Pay 7 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Work Location In person
