Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Secretary based in Coimbatore. The Management Secretary will handle day-to-day clerical tasks, provide administrative assistance, manage customer service interactions, and facilitate internal and external communication. The role also involves coordinating training sessions and supporting management in various operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong clerical skills including organizing, filing, and record-keeping
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in providing administrative assistance in a corporate setting
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate training sessions
- Proficiency with office software and equipment
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Relevant certifications or experience in secretarial work is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
