Beautician Trainer

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Beautician Trainer to provide practical and theoretical training to students in beauty hair skin and makeup techniques The trainer will help students develop skills required for employment or self-employment in the beauty and wellness industry Key Responsibilities Conduct theory and practical sessions in beauty therapy skincare hair care and makeup Demonstrate various beauty techniques and supervise students hands-on practice Assess and monitor student progress through assignments tests and practical evaluations Guide students on client handling hygiene safety and grooming standards Maintain training records attendance and assessment reports Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new techniques to students Motivate and mentor students to achieve learning and career goals Qualifications Experience Education Minimum 12th pass Higher Secondary Diploma Certification in Beautician Cosmetology Beauty Wellness Experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a beautician in salons spa or beauty institutes Practical expertise in hair styling makeup skin treatments and grooming Skills Required Strong practical knowledge in beauty and wellness services Good communication and presentation skills Ability to train and mentor students effectively Patience and strong interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of maintaining records and using training materials Job Type Full-time Pay 16 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Work Location In person
