We are currently seeking a SME to join our team in Any, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Industry Expertise:

- Provide insights into best practices within the insurance domain to ensure compliance.

- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting the insurance industry that may impact data processing and migration.

2. Leadership:

- Collaborate with function SMEs to understand outcomes for a product release and translate them into business requirements for Policy, Billing & Claims.
- Product Business Requirements to be developed considering the industry requirements and validated by research.
- Take ownership while working in a SAFe Agile model with business users.
- Present and highlight features in product demos to wider audience / customer.

3. Collaboration and Communication:

- Liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of migration objectives with business goals.

- Prepare and present progress reports and analytical findings to management and cross-functional teams.

4. Risk Management:

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Conduct thorough testing and validation of project data to ensure accuracy and integrity.

5. Training and Support:

- Train team members and clients on new systems and processes.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for project-related issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the insurance domain with a focus on P&C projects.

- Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, claims, and regulatory requirements.

- Proficient in insurance tools and techniques.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with various stakeholders.
