Business Development Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business opportunities in the recruitment sector.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to reach new clients and grow the business.
- Generate, manage, and convert qualified leads through various outreach methods.
- Manage the pipeline of prospects and regular follow-ups for deal closure.
- Initiate and manage relationships with private and public organizations to explore new partnerships.
- Prepare and present tailored business proposals and pitches to potential clients.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for new clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, preferably in recruitment mobilisation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to win new business and consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
