We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Brand / Content Strategist who can also handle administrative tasks to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. Key Responsibility - Develop and execute brand positioning and storytelling across digital platforms. - Create integrated content strategies for social media, influencer collaborations, and product launches. - Work closely with the social media, influencer, and video teams to align creative direction with brand goals. - Analyze performance data to identify insights, trends, and creative opportunities. - Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize campaigns, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and visuals. - Stay up to date with pop culture, social trends, and competitor strategies to keep the brand narrative fresh and relevant. - Support founder-led marketing by building storytelling angles and positioning around the brand’s core values and voice. Requirement - 2–4 years of experience in brand strategy, content strategy, or creative strategy (preferably in fashion, D2C, or lifestyle brands). - Strong understanding of social media ecosystems, influencer marketing, and content formats. - Excellent communication, conceptual thinking, and presentation skills. - Ability to translate marketing goals into creative storytelling and actionable strategies. - Passionate about digital culture, aesthetics, and building aspirational brands.
