You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms while managing a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize PPC advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Plan and manage budgets, ensuring maximum ROI on ad spend.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine ad strategies.
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Lead a team of digital marketers, providing guidance and ensuring campaign execution aligns with goals.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and copy.
- Monitor trends and updates in digital marketing, ensuring campaigns stay ahead of industry best practices.
- Generate performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in PPC & Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
- Proven experience in budget allocation, bid management, and ROI optimization.
- Ability to analyze data and implement data-driven strategies.
- Experience managing a team and working in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and performance tracking tools.
- Strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing platforms.
- Experience working in media, content, or network-based businesses.
- Hands-on experience with SEO & CRO to complement paid marketing efforts.
