Position Figma UI UX Designer We are looking for a talented and creative UI UX Designer with expertise in Figma to join our design team You will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and improving the overall user experience of our digital products Responsibilities Design user interfaces and experiences using Figma Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs Collaborate with product managers developers and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback Iterate on designs based on feedback and data Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design solutions Maintain and improve design systems Requirements Proven experience as a UI UX Designer Proficiency in Figma and other design tools e g Adobe XD Sketch is a bonus Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving skills Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design Experience with prototyping and usability testing Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML CSS and JavaScript not mandatory but a plus Experience in designing for web and mobile platforms Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines e g WCAG What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Opportunities for professional growth and learning A collaborative and creative work environment Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
