Key Responsibilities of a Videographer Filming and Editing Capture high-quality video footage using professional cameras and editing software to create polished final products Concept Development Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to brainstorm ideas and develop video concepts that align with brand objectives Storyboarding Create storyboards to outline the video s flow and structure ensuring a cohesive narrative Equipment Management Manage and maintain filming equipment ensuring it is in optimal working condition for shoots Audio and Lighting Setup Set up audio and lighting equipment to enhance video quality during filming Project Management Oversee video projects from concept to completion ensuring deadlines and budgets are met Required Skills and Qualifications 1 Essential Skills Proficiency in Video Editing Software Strong knowledge of editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve Creativity and Artistic Vision Ability to develop innovative concepts and visual storytelling techniques Technical Skills Understanding of camera operation lighting and sound recording equipment Attention to Detail Meticulous in editing ensuring high-quality final products Strong Communication Skills Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients 2 Preferred Qualifications Education A bachelor s degree in Film Production Media Studies or a related field is preferred Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in videography video editing or a similar role Portfolio A strong portfolio showcasing previous video projects is essential Certifications Additional certifications in video production or editing can be advantageous 3 Personal Attributes Adaptability Ability to adjust to changing project requirements and tight deadlines Problem-Solving Skills Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues on set Team Player Comfortable working in collaborative environments and contributing to team goals Job Type Full-time Application Question s Must be willing to commute to Mira Road for on job location Experience Video production 3 years Required
