Job Title: Inside Sales Executive Location: Noida Work Mode: On-site Experience Required: 1–3 years (or as per your requirement) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads to generate sales. - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services. - Maintain records of calls, leads, conversions, and customer interactions in CRM software. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. - Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates. - Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding pricing, products, and service features. - Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in inside sales/telecalling/lead generation. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
