Job Description: Social Media Manager Location: Delhi Experience: 2–5 years Department: Marketing / Brand Communications About the Role We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate should be strong in content creation, brand storytelling, analytics, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute the brand's social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms. - Plan, create, and publish engaging content (reels, posts, stories, campaigns). - Lead calendar planning for monthly and weekly content. - Work with designers and video editors to develop visually appealing creatives. - Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform algorithm changes. - Manage influencer collaborations and identify creators who fit the brand identity. - Track performance using analytics tools and generate actionable insights. - Own community management: reply to comments, DMs, and manage audience engagement. - Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, e-commerce) for campaign integration. - Ensure brand consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging across platforms. Required Skills & Experience - Proven experience managing social media for brands, agencies, or creators. - Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and trending content formats. - Hands-on experience with reels, scripts, and creative ideation. - Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills. - Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer/Later, Analytics tools, etc. - Ability to understand brand positioning and maintain a consistent voice. - Creativity, trend awareness, and strong aesthetic sense. Additional Preferences (Good to Have) - Experience working with influencers or managing collaborations. - Understanding of brand communication and consumer behavior. Education - Graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields preferred. Important Note - Only candidates with relevant social media experience should apply.
