The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer specializing in HVAC, cooling solutions, air conditioning, and hydraulics to join our Bangalore office and play a vital role in delivering innovative HVAC design solutions for some of Poland&aposs most exciting building projects. While based in our Bengaluru office, you will primarily support international projects, especially those managed out of our Poland office.

The role also encompasses implementing innovative design methodologies, collaborating with architects and structural engineers, coordinating mechanical and hydraulic service designs across various engineering disciplines, preparing client reports, and remaining current with the latest technologies and industry standards. Additionally, you will proactively oversee project timelines, utilizing your extensive expertise and determination to manage, motivate, and inspire less experienced engineers.

Responsibilities

Leading a complete Mechanical engineering design, quality approval, process control, product evaluation, vendor proposals, evaluation of product reliability, p reparation of layouts, preparation of tender specification, coordinating with other disciplines and all relevant stakeholders for delivering a project .

Collaborate with multiple teams across different disciplines.

Drive project schedules while working closely with other disciplines to ensure milestones and completion dates are on track.

Work closely with Architects , Structural consultants to provide support and technical guidance in Mechanical Design.

The Skills

Educated to degree level in Building Services Engineering and having gained substantial experience in a Mechanical Engineering (HVAC) role within a building services context (ventilation, cooling and air conditioning, heating systems etc.), you have an extensive portfolio of experience demonstrating your familiarity with high quality engineering solutions and a client-focussed approach.

Experience in European (EU and/or British) codes & standards of Mechanical Design is essential.

In your most recent position, you have consistently demonstrated your ability to manage multiple large-scale projects (7-8 years of relevant experience) and less experienced engineers to deliver and exceed client expectations.

You are a Chartered Engineer in HVAC design.

Given the collaborative and client focusednature of this role, excellent communication and project management skills are essential.

Prior experience or understanding of CAD, NAVIS, REVIT/BIM delivery.

Y ou have proven ability in producing low energy, creative design solutions, preparing specifications and project reports, and crucially you have a passion for creative and intuitive design.

Knowledge Of

Thermodynamics.

Psychometrics.

Mechanical cooling and ventilation systems and schematics.

Basics of Cross discipline

Strong Organisational And Communicative Skills Are Required.

Ability to establish smooth working relationship.

Candidate must be able to work simultaneously on multiple projects in a team or independent environment.
