Your Profile - Proven leadership in Application Maintenance (250+ FTEs), across technologies and geographies - Experience in transformation, change management, and continuous improvement - Hands-on with RPA, Gen AI, NoOps, Incident reduction, Six Sigma/Lean - Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making - Knowledge of ITIL practices (certification preferred) - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills Your Role - Drive productivity and transformation initiatives (ZeroOps, Automation, Gen AI, etc.) - Manage senior stakeholders across Capgemini and client organizations - Ensure high standards in Incident, Problem, and Knowledge Management processes - Lead cost optimization and industrialization efforts to improve contribution margins - Collaborate with account teams to implement transformation levers and manage risks Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
