Neelakantha Bhanu Prakash is the world&aposs fastest human calculator and Indias mental math Olympic Gold Medalist. Alongside holding four world records and 50 Limca book records, Mr.Bhanu is also a TEDx speaker and educator. He believes that the skill he has been gifted with can be passed on and taught using the right methodology and initiates in the same direction. Giving his vision of completely eradicating Math phobia a headstart Mr.Bhanu has led numerous projects for developing Arithmetic skills in students across the globe.

Role Overview:
Were looking for a UI Animator to join our product design team and bring our interfaces to life. Youll work closely with UI/UX designers to craft smooth, engaging micro-interactions, transitions, and motion graphics that elevate the user experience and make our products feel more intuitive and delightful.
What Youll Do:
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to define and implement micro-interactions and motion design for web and mobile interfaces
Create animations, transitions, and interactive states that enhance usability and visual appeal
Build production-ready motion assets in Rive and Adobe After Effects
Export animations into JSON/Lottie format for seamless developer integration
Work with developers to ensure animations perform smoothly and match design intent
Maintain a consistent motion language aligned with brand and product guidelines
Stay updated on motion design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in UI animation, motion design, or interaction design for digital products
Strong skills in Rive and Adobe After Effects (with Lottie export workflow)
Understanding of animation principles, timing, and easing in UI contexts
Ability to translate static UI designs into fluid motion experiences
Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail
Portfolio showcasing UI animation and micro-interaction work
