Job Summary:

We are currently hiring for a Graphic Designer who can think visually, work independently, and bring ideas to life across formats. You'll be working with teams that understand the importance of aesthetics but also expect practicality—because sometimes a label has to hold 10 details and still look clean.

Your work will include digital campaigns, product packaging, internal communications, presentations, and occasional last-minute requests that somehow always come "urgent but small". If you're someone who enjoys balancing brand templates with fresh design input, this role will give you enough variety to stay creatively challenged. You'll collaborate remotely with content, marketing, and product teams, so being responsive and proactive will be just as important as your sense of alignment and contrast.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design marketing creatives, social media graphics, brochures, and emailers

• Develop product packaging, labels, and in-store branding materials

• Create internal communication templates and visual decks

• Adapt design language for digital and print formats

• Ensure brand consistency across all assets

• Coordinate remotely with teams to understand and interpret briefs

• Prepare artwork files for print and digital release

• Manage revisions and feedback with a structured workflow

• Maintain a library of design assets and templates

• Follow project timelines while accommodating urgent requests

Primary Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

• Working knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, and basic video editing tools

• Strong visual understanding of typography, layout, and colour balance

• Ability to translate briefs into clear, engaging designs

• Familiarity with print specifications, resolutions, and formats

• Good communication and time management skills

• Flexibility to work across product categories and styles

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, visual communication, or related field

• Certification in graphic design tools or courses will be considered

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house design preferred)
