Join Adfactors PR, India’s largest PR consultancy, and help us build exceptional teams that shape the future of communications. 📍 Location: Mumbai 📅 Experience: 3–6 years 🏢 Industry Preference: Candidates from staffing or consulting firms Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across PR and corporate communications - Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and tools - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines - Maintain and analyze recruitment data for MIS reporting - Work with talent management software and databases to streamline hiring processes What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience in recruitment (agency or consulting background preferred) - Strong data orientation and familiarity with MIS reporting - Hands-on experience with ATS or talent management systems - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-centric environment Why Adfactors PR?
