Job Details This position is a Technical Solution Specialist covering major projects in the field of High Performance Computing in Asia Pacific region It is a non-commissioned Technical Sales role Scope of Work Responsibilities The primary responsibility for this position will be to act as the primary Technical Owner on the major HPC Projects working in tight collaboration with Account Executive s and BU Category team s to deliver Deal Wins at the major HPC customers in the region The successful candidate will also be in charge of Developing technical collaborations with his her customers in order to demonstrate the benefits of the Intel technologies within their own environment and with their own workloads software algorithms Providing regularly long range guidance and visibility over future HPC-related Intel Products Technologies to the customers in order to influence the RFPs and allow the customers to align their deployments to our product cycles Delivering hands-on workshops or seminars to provide the necessary positioning and demonstration of the benefits of Intel technologies to the wider community Leading the account teams the customers and co-ordinate with BU HPC subject matter experts to perform various benchmarking technology evaluation and performance optimizations in various scales of HPC architecture Establishing a collaborative working relationship with Senior Architects and Engineers from our Business Units and our Industry partners While the focus is on HPC it is necessary to develop know-hows best practices how Cloud and AI usages are merged co-exist with various HPC workloads Qualifications Skills Experience Required o A bachelor s degree or equivalent preferably in Computer Science or Engineering o Minimum 8 years or equivalent of relevant work experience in code tuning and software optimization for High Performance Computing o Familiarity with the setup or deployment of Linux based HPC Clusters common performance benchmarks and HPC workloads in selected domains o Software Development Experience C Fortran MPI Libraries and Code Profiling vTune o Knowledge and handson experience on commonly used HPC development and optimization tools job schedulers and software libraries o Knowledge on commonly used hardware technologies in compute accelerators storage and networking in HPC o Good presentation and communication skills o Fluency in Japanese and English languages o Occasional Travel in Asia or in the USA may also be required Preferred o Master Degree or PhD in Computer Science or Engineering equivalent professional experience will also be accepted o Some exposure familiarity with Machine Learning Deep Learning Frameworks and Generative AI Modelling will be a plus Job Type Experienced Hire Shift Shift 1 India Primary Location India Bangalore Additional Locations South Korea Seoul Business group Intel s Sales and Marketing SMG organization works with global customers and partners to solve critical business problems with Intel based technology solutions SMG works across business units to amplify the customer voice and deliver solutions that accelerate their business We work across numerous industries including retail enterprise and government cloud services and healthcare as examples The operations team focuses on forecasting driving alignment with factory production and delivering efficiency tools and our marketing capability drives demand and localized marketing in locations around the globe Our sales force navigates a complex partner and customer ecosystem while shaping product roadmaps driving value for our customers and collaborating to harness emerging technology trends to deliver comprehensive solutions Posting Statement All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion religious creed sex national origin ancestry age physical or mental disability medical condition genetic information military and veteran status marital status pregnancy gender gender expression gender identity sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected by local law regulation or ordinance Position of Trust N A Work Model for this Role This role will require an on-site presence Job posting details such as work model location or time type are subject to change
