Job Description

Role: Dynatrace.

Desired Experience Range** 6 - 8years

Location -Hyderabad , Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor systems and applications using Dynatrace dashboards.
- Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace agents
- Implement custom monitoring scripts and templates, Analyse metrics, logs, and traces to detect anomalies and performance bottlenecks
- Design and implement end-to-end observability strategies using Dynatrace.
- Develop and maintain architecture standards, best practices, and governance models for observability solutions.
- Troubleshoot monitoring issues and maintain system reliability, Generate and distribute performance reports to stakeholders.
- Automate monitoring processes and workflow & Fine-tune alerting thresholds and configurations.
- Integrate Dynatrace with other tools (e.g., ITSM, AIOps, and logging platforms).
- Collaborate with DevOps, IT, and business teams to align observability strategies with organizational goals.
- Fine-tune alerting thresholds and configurations, collaborate with incident response teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Expertise in Dynatrace (One Agent, AppMon, RUM, and Cloud integrations).
- Proficiency in creating dashboards, custom queries, and alerts in Dynatrace
- Hands-on experience with deploying and configuring Dynatrace (One Agent, Synthetic Monitoring).
- Expertise in infrastructure monitoring (servers, databases, networks), Understanding of monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for applications and infrastructure
- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) and observability tool integration, Also Basic scripting skills for data analysis (Python, SQL).
- Experience in containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker) and related monitoring.
- Knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation.
- Knowledge of application performance monitoring (APM), logs, and synthetic monitoring.
- Solid understanding of Linux/Windows systems and networking basics.
- Strong skills in automation (Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools), Solid understanding of Linux/Windows systems and networking basics.
