Job Description - Experience in developing functional and Data specifications for Business Analytics and BI projects. - Participates in work stream planning process including inception, technical design, development, testing delivery of data solutions. - Be a part of the IT team and will work with your manager to influence business. Decision by providing quantitative/qualitative data analysis, which brings out insights and trends pertaining to business performance. - Works with customers to develop and analyze data support needs. Communicate findings to stakeholders and providing recommendations to businesses for improving business performance. - Ensure that data and analysis is presented in a format that is appropriate for a varied audience using data visualization, dashboards, or other methods - Utilize strong database skills to work with large, complex data sets to extract insights. - Understand the business requirements and determine optimum data consumption layer and decision support layer solutions. Identify and provide input to new technology opportunities that will have an impact on the enterprise wide data analytics systems. - May perform adhoc analysis for a wide range of requests using data in different formats and from various platforms. Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence systems, Data Warehousing, Data Analytics solution Implementation. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field - Should have Handson experience in developing Power BI visualization reports and utilization of DAX for data manipulation - Advanced working knowledge of data mining using ETL, data warehouse as well as Excel - Understanding of data warehousing, data modelling concept and building new DW tables - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams. - Proficiency in and prior implementation experience with atleast one of the following - programming languages: Python, R or Java - Direct Customer handing experience is a plus. check(event) ; career-website-detail-template-2 => apply(record.id,meta) mousedown=lyte-button => check(event) final-style=background-color:#1026E3;border-color:#1026E3;color:white; final-class=lyte-button lyteBackgroundColorBtn lyteSuccess lyte-rendered=>
