service and support for water treatment and filtration systems Monitor chemical usage and system performance to ensure optimal operation Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and treatment issues with a focus on cost-effective solutions Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate clearly with customers Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery Position Details This position will be based in CITY STATE The territory for this position covers a XX mile radius Targeted accounts are Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Position requires a current and valid Driver s License with no restrictions Experience in a technical service role ideally with water filtration requires lifting kneeling crouching reaching and standing for extended periods Preferred Qualifications Associate s degree in chemistry mechanical systems or related field Hands-on plumbing experience and familiarity with industrial equipment Experience with boilers cooling towers and wastewater treatment systems Knowledge of mechanical electrical and pumping systems Proficiency with Microsoft
