Job Description We are seeking a skilledPower BI Developerwith 5-8 years of experiencein HR data analytics to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding ofdata visualization best practicesto help drive data-driven decision-making The scope of the project is to identify the key data attributes, data sources and automate the refresh process. Use the existing Reporting and Analytics applications ( Power BI) for integrating with the data source applications and extracting the data into Snowflake and automating the refresh / loads to Power BI Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deployPower BI dashboards and reportsfor analytics - Extract, transform, and load data from various source systems, Excel, SQL databases). - Collaborate withstakeholdersto understand business requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations. - Optimizedata modelsfor performance and usability, ensuring accuracy and consistency. - ImplementDAX calculations, Power Query transformations, and advanced analyticswhere needed. - Ensuredata security and compliance(GDPR, company policies) in all reporting solutions. - Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency. - Provide training and support to HR teams onPower BI usage and self-service analytics. Required Skills & Qualifications - 6-8years of hands-on experienceinPower BI development, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. - Proficiency inSQLfor data extraction and manipulation. - Knowledge ofmetrics and KPIs(attrition, hiring trends, employee engagement, etc.). - Experience withPower BI Service, workspace management, and row-level security (RLS). - Familiarity withExcel (advanced formulas, Power Pivot)and other BI tools is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholdersand leadership teams. Preferred Qualifications - Experience withPower Automate/Power Appsfor HR process automation. - Knowledge ofPython/Rfor advanced HR analytics. - Certification inPower BIis a plus.
