Kyriba Functional Analyst

Location: Elire Global Services Hub – Greater Bengaluru Area - India Reports To: US Kyriba Lead / EGS Hub Practice Lead Position Overview The Kyriba Functional Analyst / Sr. Analyst supports Elire’s Treasury Management Services through daily operations, integration monitoring, and functional analysis within Kyriba. This role is responsible for configuring and maintaining bank statement codes, mapping and reconciliation processes, managing SFTP/API jobs, and triaging statement and payment file flows. The role requires disciplined documentation, test evidence, and reliable 2–3 hours of daily overlap with the US team. Key Objectives & Success Deliverables: 30 Days - Secure system and client environment access. - Review client runbooks and confirm scheduled integration jobs. - Successfully import sample bank statements. - Align with US lead on evidence templates and SLA expectations. 3 Months - Stabilize daily statement and payment file flows. - Achieve 95% closure rate of routine triage items within SLA. - Maintain accurate trackers and deliver clear handoff notes. 6 Months - Own recurring jobs and scheduler operations. - Support Liquidity and Reporting data readiness. - Produce standardized training guides and annotated screenshots. 12 Months - Cross-train across Kyriba modules. - Become the go-to resource for bank statement triage and mapping dictionary ownership. Core Functions & Abilities 1. Configure and support statement code mapping and reconciliation. 2. Schedule and monitor SFTP/API jobs in Kyriba. 3. Perform daily triage of statement and payment files with precise documentation. 4. Maintain hygiene of evidence, trackers, and documentation. Challenges & Overcoming Them - Time-zone gap: Maintain disciplined handoffs and proactive alerting. - Bank code variance: Keep mapping dictionary current; validate through samplefiles. - Access/permissions delays: Coordinate early with client IT and banks. - Communication clarity: Provide concise, structured, and professional written updates in English. Required Skills & Experience - 2–5 years of experience with Kyriba or equivalent TMS. - Familiarity with standard bank statement formats and payment standards. - Experience with SFTP schedulers and basic API functionality in a Kyriba context. - Strong documentation skills and written English proficiency. Preferred Skills - XML familiarity. - Liquidity and Reporting module exposure. - Basic Excel for data validations and checks.
