At Arabelle Solutions part of EDF Group we re proud to design services and solutions that are generating power not just for today and tomorrow but for generations to come You ll work alongside passionate bright minds We offer a broad range of opportunities for those eager to build tomorrow s world We believe a supportive culture is key to reach common goals Diversity and an inclusive mindset makes us and our business stronger Responsible for leading a team of IT Contingent Workers that implements next generation solutions for how customers receive Digital Technology support Context As part of our industrial strategy we are embarking on a major digital transformation of our production site which is currently undergoing expansion We are seeking a Digital Transformation Project Leader to drive the end-to-end digitalization program from project definition to operational deployment and to manage the ongoing RUN and continuous improvement of implemented solutions This role is key to ensuring seamless integration between business needs industrial processes and digital technologies Main Responsibilities 1 Digital Transformation Project Leadership Define plan and manage the digitalization roadmap for the production site Lead all project phases scoping design development deployment go-live and stabilization Establish governance KPIs and reporting to track progress quality and budget adherence Coordinate internal teams IT suppliers and equipment vendors to ensure project success 2 Industrial Process Digitalization Identify implement and integrate digital solutions to optimize production processes MES IoT automation real-time performance monitoring traceability Ensure system interoperability data accuracy and alignment with operational needs Facilitate integration between new production assets and existing IT OT systems 3 Support Function Digitalization Deploy and improve digital tools for maintenance quality logistics HSE HR and finance operations Enhance collaboration and data sharing through document management and communication platforms Ensure compliance with corporate standards cybersecurity requirements and regulations 4 RUN Continuous Improvement Oversee the RUN phase of deployed digital solutions to ensure stability performance and user satisfaction Monitor usage resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions Manage solution upgrades enhancements and new feature deployments in collaboration with IT and business teams Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback loops and innovation initiatives 5 Change Management Engage train and support operational and support teams throughout the transformation Promote adoption of digital tools and practices at all levels Anticipate organizational impacts and facilitate smooth transitions Profile Education Experience Master s Degree in engineering Industrial Management Information Technology Computer Science Mechatronics or equivalent At least 8-10 years experience in managing industrial digital transformation projects Proven experience in leading projects for plant expansion or modernization Technical Skills Strong knowledge of industrial processes production maintenance quality logistics Good understanding of support functions processes finance HR procurement HSE Proficiency in project management methodologies Solid understanding of industrial systems MES ERP and digital technologies IoT data analytics automation Soft Skills Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Strategic thinking combined with operational execution capability Excellent communication and change leadership abilities Problem-solving mindset and resilience in complex environments Join us and work with global teams to support global customers At Arabelle Solutions we have team members of more than 49 nationalities spread across 16 countries At Arabelle Solutions we know diversity makes teams and business stronger
