Mechanical Foreman

Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of mechanical technicians in conducting preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on mining equipment and machinery Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency Coordinate with the engineering team to plan and execute equipment upgrades and modifications Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Adani s operational standards Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment to support maintenance activities Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall mine productivity Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field Certification in Mechanical Maintenance or similar field is preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within the Coal Mining industry Demonstrated experience in leading and supervising a team of technicians Proven track record of implementing maintenance schedules and ensuring equipment reliability Proficiency in maintenance practices specific to coal mining equipment Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems Experience with maintenance planning software
