We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving growth for the organization.

Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Track and analyze sales data to inform business strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
