Graphic Designer – Print & Packaging

Location: Avinashi Road, Coimbatore

Salary: ₹3.0–₹5.5 LPA + Commission on Billables + PF

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative team and bring fresh perspectives to our print and packaging projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Print & Packaging Design: Create and develop designs for wedding cards, books, stationery, and packaging samples that align with client expectations and brand aesthetics.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with photographers, businesses, and end clients to understand design needs and provide practical, creative solutions.
- Production Support: Prepare print-ready artwork, ensure color accuracy, and coordinate with the production team for smooth execution.
- Marketing Content: Contribute to digital and offline marketing initiatives by designing visually appealing creatives for campaigns, social media, and promotional material.
- Software Proficiency: Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud for professional-grade design outputs.

Compensation & Growth

- Base Salary: ₹3.0–₹5.5 LPA
- Commission: Earn a percentage of client billables with the potential to exceed base salary.
- Evaluation Period: Six-month paid evaluation with a monthly stipend of ₹20,000–₹25,000. Successful completion may lead to promotions, expanded responsibilities, and additional incentives.
