Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pavement Engineer Head located in Bengaluru. The Pavement Engineer Head will be responsible for overseeing pavement management and design, leading pavement engineering projects, conducting geotechnical assessments, and monitoring asphalt application and performance. The role involves ensuring project quality, safety, and efficiency while coordinating with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Skills in Pavement Management, Pavement Engineering, and Pavement Design
- Geotechnical Engineering skills
- Expertise in Asphalt application and performance
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
- Experience in infrastructure development projects is a plus
