Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect - High Rise Building at BHADRA Group, located in Bangalore Urban. The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing all architectural aspects of high-rise building projects, ensuring integration and coordination of design processes, and managing projects from conception through completion. Day-to-day tasks will include architectural design, project management, overseeing software development related to architectural tools, and integration of various project components to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Proficiency in Project Management
- Experience in Software Development and Integration for architectural applications
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience in high-rise building projects is a plus
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and Vaastu-compliance in design is beneficial
