Atorix offers a range of flexible engagement models through its offshore software development center, ensuring clients receive expert SAP functional and technical support, as well as post-implementation and production support. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counsellor based in Pune. The Academic Counsellor will guide and advise students on educational opportunities, SAP programs, and career pathways. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel prospective students on SAP courses and career opportunities. - Conduct needs assessments to understand students educational and career goals. - Guide students through the enrollment and admission process. - Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and enrolled students. - Collaborate with trainers and the academic team to ensure student satisfaction and progress. - Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, and counseling sessions. Qualifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong knowledge of educational programs and career options. - Prior experience in academic counseling, career guidance, or sales counseling. - Ability to assess student goals and provide personalized recommendations. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Basic knowledge of SAP applications will be an added advantage. - Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Business Administration, or a related field.
