Data Scientist

Infilon Technologies, a prominent software development company based in Ahmedabad, is hiring a Data Scientist (Immediate Joiner) with strong skills in data management and advanced analytics. The role requires hands-on experience with ClickHouse, deep knowledge of similarity algorithms, and the ability to build scalable data pipelines in collaboration with product, engineering, and analytics teams. Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Work from Office) Experience: 4+ Years Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured datasets. - Use ClickHouse for high-performance querying, aggregation, and database optimization. - Develop and implement similarity algorithms (cosine similarity, nearest neighbors, vector embeddings) for search, recommendation, and matching applications. - Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis (EDA). - Identify business problems and convert them into analytical or modeling tasks. - Analyze large datasets to extract patterns, insights, trends, and anomalies. - Optimize models, similarity logic, SQL queries, and analytical workflows for performance and accuracy. - Formulate hypotheses, conduct experiments, and validate results using statistical and machine learning techniques. - Contribute to developing, testing, and deploying predictive models. Required Skills & Experience - 4+ years of professional experience in data science. - Proficiency in SQL and experience with ClickHouse (or similar analytical databases). - Strong understanding of similarity algorithms and their applications. - Hands-on expertise in Python with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn. - Analytical problem-solving mindset and strong logical reasoning abilities. - Ability to communicate complex insights clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Good to Have - Experience in machine learning workflows and model deployment. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data tools. - Familiarity with large-scale, distributed data systems. - Understanding of electrical components.
