Key Responsibilities Channel Partner Development and Management - Build nurture and strengthen relationships with brokers insurers and TPAs to drive sales growth - Identify and onboard new channel partners ensuring they are aligned with company goals and values - Develop strategies to maximize partner potential and jointly create sales plans and initiatives Team Leadership Management - Lead coach and manage a team of 3 sales professionals dedicated to indirect sales through partnerships - Set performance goals provide regular feedback and support the team to achieve individual and collective targets - Facilitate training and development for team members to enhance their skills and understanding of the partner ecosystem Sales Strategy Execution - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through channel partnerships - Work with partners to design joint go-to-market initiatives product positioning and promotional campaigns - Monitor partner performance ensuring alignment with company objectives and provide support to optimize their sales activities Relationship Building Stakeholder Engagement - Act as a primary point of contact for partners providing them with the resources support and guidance they need to succeed - Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners ensuring alignment on goals and strategic priorities - Collaborate with marketing customer success and product teams to drive engagement and success with partners Market Competitor Analysis - Keep abreast of industry trends competitive landscape and regulatory changes that could impact the business - Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to improve partner strategies and market positioning - Collect and analyze feedback from partners to improve products services and go-to-market strategies Key Requirements - Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field MBA preferred ref updazz com
