▷ Immediate Start: Technical Lead

Job Purpose This role is responsible for being a hands-on leader for the eInsight Sales B2B application team which is based on the SuiteCRM application You will be responsible for driving the development of our SuiteCRM-based application This includes building new modules integrating with other systems and delivering an Angular-based front-end experience Our environment is hosted in Microsoft Azure with a MySQL backend Job Responsibilities Essential Functions Driving the team s implementation of the product roadmap Owning the technical roadmap for the application Extend and optimize SuiteCRM s backend using PHP and MySQL Build and maintain B2B s Angular components Develop and maintain REST APIs for integrations with internal and external systems Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions Ensure database integrity performance and query optimization for large datasets Participate in code reviews testing and continuous improvement of development practices Work with DevOps to support deployments and application monitoring in Azure Stay up to date with SuiteCRM upgrades and contribute to roadmap planning for new features Contribute and conduct development tests including but not exclusive to unit integration and system level Follow company software development standards and best practices Provide estimates for development tasks based on the appropriate business constraints Mentor and support mid-level and junior developers work Provide on-call support as necessary Job Requirements Required Education and Experience Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5 years PHP development experience Experience leading a development team Hands-on experience with Angular v10 for building SPAs and integrating with RESTful APIs Proficiency in MySQL including schema design indexing and query optimization Strong knowledge of JavaScript ES6 HTML5 CSS3 Bootstrap Experience developing and consuming REST APIs Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows Solid understanding of software design patterns and best practices in CRM development Experience with Agile Scrum Software Development Process and methodologies Experience with SuiteCRM or SugarCRM is a major plus Hands-on experience using testing frameworks is a plus Experience with database management and security a plus Expected Competencies Team leadership Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to pay attention to programming style and neatness Strong English communication skills both written and verbal Ability to train mentor junior colleagues with patience with tangible results Work Timings Monday through Friday from 12 PM to 9 PM IST to provide healthy overlap between India team and US team and supporting both to ensure adequate collaboration This role will be working in Hybrid Mode and will require at least 2 days work from office at Hyderabad Occasional evening and weekend work may be expected in case of job-related emergencies or client needs EEO Statement Cendyn provides equal employment opportunities EEO to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race color religion sex national origin age disability or genetics In addition to federal law requirements Cendyn complies with applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment in every location in which the company has facilities This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment including recruiting hiring placement promotion termination layoff recall transfer leaves of absence compensation and training Cendyn expressly prohibits any form of workplace harassment based on race color religion gender sexual orientation gender identity or expression national origin age genetic information disability or veteran status Improper interference with the ability of Cendyn s employees to perform their job duties may result in discipline up to and including discharge Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job Duties responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice
