Job Summary:

BluePond.AI, is a Gen-AI powered PaaS startup helping organizations in the Insurance industry drive operational excellence.

This is a full-time role and the Senior Analyst, Sales Support plays a crucial role in optimizing sales operations, supporting the sales team with data-driven insights, and ensuring a seamless sales process. This role involves analyzing sales performance, managing CRM systems, streamlining workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and drive growth. This position is based in our Gurgaon office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify new leads, ensuring alignment with business goals and ideal customer profiles
- Manage and optimize CRM tools (HubSpot) to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
- Automate workflows to improve sales efficiency and reduce manual tasks
- Ensure data integrity and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Research key decision-makers within target businesses and industries
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions
- Accurately document customer interactions and lead progress within HubSpot CRM or similar tools

Required Skills & Experience:

- 2-5+ years of experience in sales support, lead generation, or sales operations
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven experience with B2B enterprises - outreach strategies
- Experience working with Western companies (US) is preferred
- Ability to work US hours of Operation
- Strong research skills and ability to maintain accurate lead databases
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using sales tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platform- HubSpot
- Strong time management, organizational, and project management skills

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant domain
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms
- P&C Insurance industry experience (Good to have)
