Role Description We are seeking a talented and resourceful Instructional Designer to take ownership of our entire content lifecyclefrom curriculum strategy to final delivery. This is a crucial role for someone passionate about using learning science to create impactful, transformative educational experiences for both academic and corporate audiences. What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities - Curriculum Design: Design, develop, and structure comprehensive online (e-learning, video, self-paced) and offline (workshop, seminar) training programs focused on resilience, leadership, soft skills, and professional development. - Content Creation: Transform raw content (SME notes, research papers, core coaching methodologies) into engaging and effective learning assets, including presentation decks, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and assessments. - Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough training needs assessments (TNA) for corporate clients and educational partners to ensure content relevance and alignment with learning objectives. - LMS Management: Prepare, upload, and test content on various Learning Management Systems (LMS) or learning platforms to ensure a seamless learner experience. - Communication Content: Design and draft engaging educational content for marketing purposes, including monthly newsletters tailored for our educational and corporate partners. - Evaluation: Implement feedback mechanisms and evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick) to measure the effectiveness of training programs and drive continuous improvement. What You Will Bring: Required Skills - Experience: [3+] years of experience as an Instructional Designer, Curriculum Developer, or Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist. - ID Models: Proven proficiency with various Instructional Design models (ADDIE, SAM, Agile). - Technical Skills: Experience with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and graphic design basics. - Writing Mastery: Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable content. Experience writing for newsletters or corporate communications is a strong plus. - Learning Focus: A deep understanding of adult learning principles and educational psychology. - Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing). Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. - Prior experience designing content specifically for Life Coaching, Soft Skills, or Resilience training. - Familiarity with the latest trends in microlearning and blended learning.
