Prefer with min. 2 years experience in Print, digital domain. If found suitable, will be contacted directly.  Key Responsibilities Design & Visual Development Create original designs, layouts, and illustrations for print, digital, and social media platforms. Use CorelDRAW for vector-based designs, logos, brochures, posters, and product packaging. Use Adobe Illustrator for advanced vector illustrations, branding assets, and scalable graphics. Use Adobe Photoshop for image editing, photo retouching, digital artwork, and mockups. Branding & Identity Develop and maintain brand guidelines for clients or organizations. Design logos, brand identities, and corporate collaterals that align with brand positioning. Ensure consistency of fonts, colors, and visual elements across all platforms. Print & Publishing Design Design flyers, catalogs, business cards, magazines, banners, and advertisements. Prepare artwork for printing with correct resolutions, bleed, and file formats. Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure quality of final output. Digital & Web Design Design engaging creatives for websites, landing pages, and social media campaigns. Develop digital ads, emailers, and motion graphics-ready assets. Ensure all designs are optimized for digital display and responsiveness. Collaboration & Project Execution Work with marketing, content, and development teams to deliver visually appealing campaigns. Interpret briefs and translate them into effective visual concepts. Present design drafts to clients or internal stakeholders for feedback. Innovation & Creativity Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry practices. Experiment with different styles, colors, and compositions to deliver unique designs. Maintain a balance between creativity and practical usability. Required Skills Technical Proficiency CorelDRAW: Mastery in vector-based design, typography, layout composition, and print-ready artwork. Adobe Photoshop: Expertise in photo manipulation, image enhancement, mockups, and digital artwork. Adobe Illustrator: Strong command over vector graphics, illustrations, and scalable branding assets. Design Knowledge Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy. Ability to create designs that are both visually appealing and functional. Strong knowledge of print production requirements (CMYK, resolution, bleed, and file setup). Creative Thinking Ability to brainstorm and conceptualize original ideas. Creative flair with an eye for detail and innovation. Capability to adapt designs to different industries, audiences, and cultural contexts. Communication & Collaboration Ability to understand client briefs and translate them into visual concepts. Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, teams, and vendors.
