About the Company Music Pandit is an international online music school dedicated to inspiring the next generation of musicians. We provide high-quality, live online classes for children aged 6 to 14, covering Western Vocals, Hindustani Vocals, Carnatic Vocals, Keyboard, Ukulele, and Guitar. With small group sessions, structured pedagogy, qualified instructors, and interactive tools, we make music education engaging, enjoyable, and impactful. Role Description As a Keyboard/Piano Instructor, you will conduct online classes for students aged 6–14, guiding them through their musical journey. You will conduct trial sessions with students as needed and play a key role in fostering a positive learning environment while contributing to the school’s growth. Responsibilities - Conduct online keyboard/piano classes for assigned students (ages 6–14). - Handle trail sessions with students to track progress and address learning needs. - Maintain class records and monitor student progress. - Engage students with interactive and effective teaching methods. - Coordinate with the team for scheduling and session management. Basic Eligibility Criteria - Minimum Grade 5 (Trinity/RSL/LCM) certification or a graduate in Music. - 3–5 years of teaching experience preferred, specifically in online group sessions (freshers may also apply). Skills Required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to teach students of different age groups effectively in an online environment. - Experience in managing and engaging online group classes. - Patience, creativity, and adaptability in teaching methods. Requirements - Laptop with a good camera and microphone. - Stable internet connection with good speed. - Availability as per schedule: Mon–Fri: 3 PM – 9 PM, Saturday: 9 AM – 2 PM, 1 PM – 6 PM, 3 PM – 8 PM (Timings will be assigned as per requirement) Pay: Starts at ₹35,000 + incentives Employment Type: Full-time Location: Work From Home (Pan-India)
