Journey so far:
Having started in July 2020, BrightChamps is one of the fastest growing EdTech
companies, globally. Our strong PMF, coupled with our remarkable execution, have
translated into fast growth. Our growth is also attributed to the academy, conducting
more than 0.1 million classes every month and the customer revenue directly
funnelling into our growth.
Funding: 63 Mn $
Our growth curve gained traction from global marquee investors, including GSV
Ventures (USA), Premji Invest (India), Binny Bansal (Flipkart founder), BEENEXT
(Singapore). Valued at half a billion, in the past 3 years, we raised funding

Acquisitions:
Almost 4 years from commencement and we already have made 3 acquisitions. WOOHOO Education 10x, which was our first acquisition, has already scaled more than 10x, in just 6 months, with their expert delivery in courses on financial literacy. Schola, our second prized acquisition, is all set to create an impact across the SEA group.
With the most recent acquisition of Metamorphosis Edu, BrightChamps has entered the B2B arena. Metamorphosis Edu partners with schools across India to train students in skills linked to entrepreneurship. The startup also helps its clients come to grips with the National Education Policy (NEP). While Metamorphosis Edu has so far focussed on setting up entrepreneurship cells in schools to teach its courses, as the B2B arm of BrightChamps, it plans to introduce more skill-based learning courses.

As a TA Intern, your key responsibilities will be :
Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, including job postings, social media outreach, and networking events.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting, sourcing, and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and finalising offers for tech and non tech positions.
Screening and Interviewing: Review applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organisations culture and values.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs, ensuring the company has quick access to top talent.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define roles, and develop strategic recruitment plans.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
Diversity and Inclusion: Promote and implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, ensuring equitable hiring practices.
Data and Reporting: Maintain recruitment data and track key metrics (e.g., time to hire, quality of hire, etc.) to improve the hiring process continually.
Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
Market Research: Stay informed about trends in recruitment and competitor practices to enhance the organisations recruitment efforts.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide reports on hiring metrics to management.
To win, you will need:
Education: Bachelors degree in BTech/BCA, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
Experience with online recruitment tools and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Skills:
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring needs and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Ability to work independently while being a team player.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Previous experience recruiting teachers or educators, especially in an online education or EdTech company.
Strong networking skills and a talent for building long-term relationships with candidates.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
