Job Title Senior Civil Site Engineer Location Gandhinagar Department Civil Construction Projects Reports To Project Manager Construction Head Salary 25k to 35k Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Site Engineer to oversee monitor and execute civil construction activities on-site The role involves supervising site operations ensuring compliance with design quality and safety standards coordinating with stakeholders and delivering projects on time and within budget Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage all civil construction activities at the project site Review and interpret engineering drawings plans and specifications Ensure adherence to quality standards safety regulations and project timelines Manage subcontractors site staff and labor workforce Monitor progress and prepare daily weekly and monthly site reports Coordinate with project managers architects consultants and clients Handle site inspections quality checks and approval of materials Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions Ensure proper resource planning manpower materials equipment Maintain documentation records and compliance with legal and contractual requirements Key Skills Competencies Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering works structural finishing infrastructure Expertise in project execution and site management Familiarity with construction codes standards and safety practices Ability to read and interpret drawings BOQs and contracts Strong leadership and team management skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and project management tools Qualifications Experience Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering 3-5 years of experience in site execution and supervision of civil projects residential commercial or infrastructure Proven track record of handling medium to large-scale projects Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
