Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Team LeadershipLead and mentor the social media team, driving engagement and growth across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn.Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.Create and manage a content calendar for consistent, high-quality fashion-forward posts.Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.2. Marketing CampaignsOversee multi-channel campaigns (paid ads, Google Ads, email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, push notifications).Implement performance marketing strategies for measurable results.Design segmented email campaigns for personalized communication.Ensure all marketing efforts reflect Andaaz Fashion’s premium image.3. Creative Website PlanningOversee website creatives, banners, and content aligned with seasonal fashion trends.Collaborate with the design team to enhance product displays and boost conversions.Analyze user behavior to improve conversion rates and enhance customer experience.4.
