The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage site operations, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver quality results. Key Responsibilities PMC Coordination: - Ensure PMC performance aligns with project requirements and quality benchmarks. - Monitor PMC activities and address any gaps or delays proactively. Client Relationship Management - Maintain effective communication with clients to address their needs and expectations. - Provide regular updates on project progress to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Timeline Adherence - Develop and implement strategies to ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines. - Identify and resolve potential delays, mitigating risks to project schedules. Internal Stakeholder Coordination - Collaborate with internal teams, including design, PMC, and execution, to ensure alignment with project goals. - Facilitate seamless communication among stakeholders to keep tasks on track. Project Documentation & Reporting - Update and maintain accurate project information in the companys internal CRM system. - Ensure transparency and availability of project data for reporting and analysis. Site Inspections & PMC Audit - Conduct regular site visits to inspect ongoing work and verify compliance with project specifications. - Audit PMC work to ensure quality, adherence to timelines, and proper execution of tasks. - Report findings and coordinate corrective actions as needed. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience in project management, especially in civil engineering or construction projects. - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions. - Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems. - Willingness to travel extensively across NCR.
