Job Description

- Good knowledge base on the F5 Load Balancing features and the use-case of these features.
- Good understanding on how DNS works.
- Good debug / troubleshooting skills with the F5 GUI, CLI, Log files, and TCPDUMP processes.
- Have good experience with Service Now Ticketing Solution.

Responsibilities-

- On a daily basis, review Service Now - F5 Change Requests:
- Work with the requestor to make sure their requested information is correct and conforms to proper
- F5 design requiements within the Test, Disaster Recovery, and Production environments.
- Create F5 configuration template(s) relating to your assigned F5 Change Request.
- Attend Local Change Management Calls to answer any questions others might have about your change
- request.
- Implement the approved F5 configurations based on your Service Now - F5 Change Reguest Plan.
- Test, troubleshoot, and validate your F5 Changes with the Application Team validators.
- Properly update and sign-off on the Service Now - F5 Change Request.
