Job Summary The Receiving Staff is responsible for receiving inspecting and recording deliveries of stock and supplies This role ensures that goods received match the purchase orders and are in proper condition for storage or display Key Responsibilities Receive all incoming deliveries and verify the contents against purchase orders and invoices Inspect goods for damage defects or expiration Count and verify quantities of items received Record all received goods accurately in the inventory system Label and tag items as required Ensure proper documentation of goods received Coordinate with procurement and accounts team for GRN Goods Receipt Note entry Inform the relevant department or store section about received goods Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving area Return any defective or incorrect items to the supplier with proper documentation Follow FIFO First In First Out method for item handling Ensure adherence to health and safety standards Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 13 500 00 - 17 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
