Position Overview The Sales Executive will act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, proposals, and negotiations while ensuring long-term partnerships. This role requires strong communication skills, sales expertise, and a customer-first mindset to help Zayn expand its reach and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication and trust. - Act as the main contact for client questions, issues, or service requests. - Remind clients of contract renewals and service expirations proactively. - Follow up on payments and coordinate with accounts for outstanding invoices. - Identify new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and existing clients. - Support sales growth by introducing Zayn’s services to new customers. - Prepare, present, and share proposals with prospective and existing clients. - Negotiate terms, pricing, and close deals effectively. - Monitor and forecast monthly sales performance to cover expenses and contribute to profitability. - Conduct post-project check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction. - Handle client complaints with professionalism and timely resolutions. - Stay updated on company services to effectively present and promote solutions. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - Proven experience (1–2 years) as a Sales Executive, Business Development Officer, or similar role. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients. - Knowledge of IT, digital marketing, or web services (preferred). - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools. - Goal-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
