Role: Talent Growth Analyst is responsible to 10X scale a futuristic AI-led modern technology consultancy that attracts *the best solvers* in the world to *solve differently at Searce* in order to deliver faster, smarter, better business outcomes for our clients & partners. Major Roles & Responsibilities 1. Sourcing Specialist is to execute sourcing strategies and plans focused on sourcing active and passive candidates matching opportunities with Searce 2. Implementing the sourcing strategy along with sourcing qualified candidates for all roles at Searce 3. Source potential candidates through generating referral from internal employees, job boards, social media channels and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Naukri, Cutshort, Etc.) 4. Qualifying candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and defined screening criteria's 5. Proactively pipelining talent and creating pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the workforce plans 6. Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the ATS 7. Maintaining contact with existing talent pool candidates to obtain and capture up to date market intelligence and briefing them on potential current and future opportunities 8. Assisting with development and implementation of candidate initiatives such as candidate newsletters, marketing campaigns, sourcing strategies etc. Education & Experience Is Education overrated Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for at least a Bachelor's degree in HR or technology and prefer an MBA or Masters in Human Resources. 1. 5 to 10 years of experience in US specific talent sourcing is what we are looking at, preferably in product management or consulting background 2. Someone with a flair for Technology 3. Build capabilities to help reduce the time to hire and improve the overall efficiency of hiring 4. Own the recruitment process, optimize its cost, be part of a growing team, and deliver best talent at the right time and at the right costs. Are you the one Quick Fit test: 1.
