Major Roles & Responsibilities 1. Sourcing Specialist is to execute sourcing strategies and plans focused on sourcing active and passive candidates matching opportunities with Searce 2. Implementing the sourcing strategy along with sourcing qualified candidates for all roles at Searce 3. Source potential candidates through generating referral from internal employees, job boards, social media channels and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Naukri, Cutshort, Etc.) 4. Qualifying candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and defined screening criteria's 5. Proactively pipelining talent and creating pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the workforce plans 6.
